Artist at work

Just before turdy brown disappeared, I caught it on film (a figure of speech of course). A lovely shade of pink was also discovered under the strip of border near the ceiling. And it is also gone.

You can see it on the photo, but Mr H bought himself a device which saves him half of the time in painting - a roller with a mechanical pump. I hope it lasts for another 5 rooms. For a change it wasn't made in China, but who knows if it is a good thing.

The end of my 5 day long weekend. I am definitely mentally rested, however I might fall asleep at my desk out of physical exhaustion. The stress will return with a vengeance - I am doing my boss's job and mine all at once for the next 3 weeks. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
