Snow & Ice

So i've been away for a few days in sunny Cowra in NSW. On the way there as we were sitting in horrible traffic (an hour to go two blocks). We came across this sign, when we saw it we both started laughing at the same time. We saw a few of them during our road trip. Not exactly sure what it mean but it's a snow & ice sign. A bit random!
