the gentlemen

today, we officially became peace corps volunteers! dressed to the nines (well, at least wearing the best clothes we have with us) we had a celebratory breakfast, listened to some inspiring words, took our oath? and quickly headed to site. due to some extenuating circumstances, it was a rather rushed morning.

and so i got on the bus and headed to my brand new home (different than the one i had previously expected? more on that soon)
