Easter Sunday in Cromarty

Fun packed day consisting of old firm, geocaching, and lunch in Cromarty.

Started the day with a run round culloden forest and then took Kevin to pick up his new bike from Halfords..... he was like a kid at christmas. Just need to get my bike serviced so that it is hill worthy.... not been used in 18 months! That bill is going to hurt.

Then headed to Macaulay Mansion for the old firm game and bacon rolls. Entertaining game but finished 0-0 which pretty much hands Sellick the title unless they screw up again, unfortunately there is no Scott McDonald to rattle a few past them for Motherwell in the last game of the season like a couple of years ago....... still have to chuckle at that!

Went to Cromarty via some back road emma knows and just happens to contain a geocache!

Got to Cromarty and went for the traditional pre food walk, and then post walk pint at the Royal. The kids almost witnessed a disaster when some numpties pushing their boat down to the beach forgot to notice te power cable above them and were close not to be fried when the mast broke the wire, resulting in a live wire falling to the ground. Lucky aint the word.
