Blipping quick

What does it mean, when you blip,
Having to do it, on the quick,
Today a face, I did pick,
Is my work, making me sick?

O.k, I could be over analysing here, but as there was no water coming from this fountain I thought the water mark looked like.... and I sure am sick of "lack of logic" in the work place!
