Rosquillas
Antonia and Manuela made Rosquillas today. Mountains of them!
From what I could see the recipe called for lots of eggs, flour, oil and water. Small amounts of this mixture was then rolled into a sausage shape and the ends joined by Antonia. They were then deep fried by Manuela, taken out when cooked and coated in sugar. Abit like a donut, I guess!
PS I am finally up to date. However, we're on the move again tomorrow. Hope to get the other side of Madrid by tomorrow evening, then Thursday we should get back to Feria!
