Ahh there's the problem!

Internet problems. Rang Virgin Media (premium phone number of course) to tell them we need an engineer to sort out the wiring on the side of the flat (no idea how it got like that) and they told me they would be sending an inspector around. The inspector came around and told me we need an engineer and that he would get one to phone us in a couple of hours.

No phone call. So the cycle will probably begin again tomorrow with the premium phone call to Virgin. Looks like we will be stealing internets off of our neighbours for a little while longer then.
