Take Away

Check this out. 2 plastic cups, foil paper, sugar and small stirrer wrapped in a napkin. You'd never guess. It's my take-away cappuccino from the bar/ cafe near to school.

Italy is slow food nation. Apart from take away pizza, anything to-go comes in different forms to what I'm used to seeing.

When the bar/ cafe delivers caffe (espresso) to somewhere nearby, it comes in a small paper cup like you get at the dentist's, covered with foil paper. I think it's quite funny.

Went to the tone-up class for the first time at the gym. Actually I always avoid these aerobics classes. The muscles that never gets used, hurt the next day. No wonder they're called tone-up, gym step, power training or total body conditioning.

6 weeks to our weddings. Just hoping that I won't gain weight.
