Easter Monday

We made an effort to get out and about today so we visited H's Granny for lunch, and then we all went to Rozelle Estate to feed the ducks. There was a huge open space of grass too, so H could run free.

H tried hard to launch the bread into the pond, but she couldn't get it quite far enough, so she ended up eating most of the bread herself. H's Daddy lifted her up to stand on the railings in a bid to throw it further, but instead, a bird pooped on her!!! Yuck!!! It was all down her cardigan and on her hand. And on her Daddy's hand too ha ha.

After a nice day in the sun, we went to Pizza Hut for dinner which H loved. She was coveting the other children's balloons from the minute we got there, and behaved impeccably throughout our visit, so she earned herself a balloon and some ice-cream to finish. She was delighted with both, and it was a lovely end to the holiday weekend.
