flying in the mist

i think we're setting records around here... more rain - more overcast skies... very little sun... boo!

makes it difficult to take outdoor photos. so this is what you get today... gulls flying in misty, rainy weather as i tried to keep droplets out of my eyes.

who knew we had gulls around? but i was driving home from being out and passed a nearby park. in the distance, i saw white specks... being the uber intelligent person i am, i wondered if they could possibly be gulls. so of course i had to investigate and sure enough, they were. they were hovering all along the shore line of the little lake and in the grass of a bordering field... go figure. so once again, in true blipper fashion, i became a gull stalker today... yay! i sort of enjoy this stalking business. maybe i should become a p.i.
