Fog Bowl

This morning was a foggy one. In fact, the forecast called for strange weather: a chilly 50 degrees with fog in the morning, mid-day sun heating up to 70 degrees, and scattered thunderstorms later on.


Thankfully, the last thing didn't happen, especially with a meet today. I ran well, getting PRs in 110m hurdles and 300m hurdles. I'm happy for the performance and the newfound good weather in Michigan!
