Chilly Night at the Fair

The fair is in town, but so too is the cool west wind, cool enough to put a damper on the sales of cotton candy, corn dogs, funnel cakes, and ride tickets.
I've never been to a such a quiet fair.

AWAD: The carnies labeled the weather a turncoat, because it decided not to particpate in making the rides and festivites at the fair enjoyable.
