Art and crafty Amethyst

During our weekly shop into Newcastle City Centre we stopped by the Grainger Market knowing that they run some sort of arts and crafts tables on each Wednesday during the school holidays. As a brief distraction it was successful but it was only brief - normal service had resumed within seconds of leaving the table...

Thanks for you thoughts yesterday, and I'm happy to say that although the migraine is still hanging around, it's not a patch on how I felt 24 hours ago. So notes have been taken, the warning signs burned into my mind and fingers crossed that the next time is a long way off!
