Ripples

Another gorgeous day:) Decided to take a wee wander through The Bontanic Gardens in the heart of the west end. Unlike Kelvingrove where children can run riot(and hey! Why not? It's a park!) Botanic Gardens are more genteel, quiet, keep off the grass kind of park. More suited for a Sunday afternoon stroll or a leisurely read of the papers, this is posh lounging territory.

The Kibble Palace is 138 years old and is a glass pavillion of exotic trees, plants, statues and giant goldfish. It was refurbished in 2006. I took quite a few photographs, but this one captured my imagination and is todays Blip ... Enjoy:)
