Ugly?

I was around the London Eye today and it was incredible the number of people taking photos of it (maybe some blippers...who knows) because it looked fantastic with such blue skies. I was walking towards Waterloo and realised no-one was taking pictures in the opposite direction to the Eye. Compared to the Eye, this building may be ugly but I think it looked quite magnificent against the blue sky. I'm rather keen on the unposed Chinese tourists as well.
