I hope I'm still trampolining when I'm 70!

This is my Dad on the trampoline at my sister's house. He was 70 last weekend! He was trying to bounce on his bottom and get up on his feet again on the next bounce. As you can see, this maneuver didn't go quite according to plan...

We had a really fun, laughter filled Easter in Worcester with all the family there by the end of the day. I was completely exhausted by the time I left. I'd been trampolining before church, after church and in the afternoon ( i can now do bounce, knees, bottom, feet - hope you're impressed). I'd been cycling with L, playing footie with L, walking with everyone, and generally jumped on and cuddled by the nieces.

Home for a rest now, but days like this are memories to keep.
