Pearl Crescent Butterfly

A wide spread and abundant butterfly, it's erratic flight catches the eye in open sunny ground, roadsides and gardens. It is tiny, with a wingspan of about an inch and is enjoying this wild plant that is growing prolifically in my garden. Leave it be; it attracts the butterflies.
