Who is she.....

I saw this 'random' going to extreme lengths in the middle of the Quayside this afternoon trying to get the perfect shot ;-) I wonder if she'll even bother use this blip after sprawling herself across the path whilst the rest of the city walked past.

Certainly provided some blip entertainment for me.

No prizes for guessing who it is.
