hedgerow

One of my favourite things about the UK is the hedgerows. I really missed them when I lived abroad. Just so full of life and watching them change through the seasons is really quite special, I think.
However, my knowledge of hedgerow plants is terrible so am using this bliportunity as a fact finding mission.....what is this pretty flower called? Anyone?
