Fields of Gold (1)

Wow, what another gorgeous day today, i had harboured hopes of working from home today, (somehow that appears to be an oxymoron) but i had to head out and about a few times which meant i got to view some glorious sunshine and glorious scenery.

This isn't the photo that i was really after today, because although the fields of rapeseed are cutting beautiful patches of yellow through the otherwise green fields, and i do love the vibrancy and the colour of it, i just couldn't quite get high enough up to capture the natural sweep of these fields, which sort of detracts from its power a little,

still, thats shallot as the greengrocer used to say..
