fridge 27.04.11

hmmm, ok I think this must be the worst my fridge has looked. If there was a 'dull fridge hall of shame' this would have pride of place, dear me. Apologies to those who subscribe to this journal, they're probably wishing they'd ticked the 'paint drying slowly' profile instead.

In my defence, i can only say I'm finding the good weather is making it hard for me to be bothered cooking up anything more challenging than pasta, and on the plus side my making tasty salads at work is going great guns.

On the down side, 2 carrots, a packet of coffee and a bottle of lime juice are unlikely to make the grade on ready steady cook.
