Hello sunshine

It was back to early swimming training for the girls after the Easter break. It's noticeably lighter now than even a few weeks ago. Strangely, I actually look forward to getting up this early, especially when one can see the sunrise.
I was also able to get in an hour's swim too, though at a rather more sedate pace than the girls.
