View from the Eihveli tower

Kitee and Rääkkylä municipalities both have new waste water advisors. Since I used to do the job last year in both places (because of some governmental hiring regulations they couldn't extend my contract beyond 10 months), I was asked to show them the ropes a little bit. Last week I met the Kitee advisor and today I went to Rääkkylä to meet their new advisor. This is a view from the Eihveli bird observation tower in Rääkkylä.
