the tempest

Sheets of rain and a little mallard this morning.

I'll be here for five months (a huge change after not being anywhere for more than nine or ten weeks since September).

AND ... late in the day, an osprey! Ran in for camera. Caught with a flash of fish in his talons. I think I've only seen one twice on our pond in 12 years. Awesome.
