David the doorman at Jenners

While waiting for the Mike's MOT (so called because he is a Nissan Micra), I decided to have a wander round the city in the glorious sunshine and came across David who was holding the door open for the many shoppers.

David was absolutely charming and more than happy to have a good old natter.

I know of at least 4 doormen in the city: Jenners, Harvey Nichols, The Balmoral hotel and The Caledonian Hotel.
