Walking to my allotment in my dinner hour, I spotted this flower on a Norway Spruce. [?] Tell me if it's not?

I got to the allotment looked at it a bit [It's overgrown] took some advice from my friend and veteran allotmenteer and walked back.

Hey, it was a lovely day, it was a good walk and we watched the farmer planting his broccoli on the way!
