Mow Cop Killer Mile

Went to watch the killer mile , its a 1 mile race all uphill and in one place (past the pub where I was standing its a 1 in 4 climb.

There was 6 races in all , this was the under 18's

The record is 6.12 mins set in 1991 by Bashir Hussain

The humbling thing was we had watched most of the runners run down , before they ran up , and one man with a 40Lb pack on his back did it twice.
