Studying . . .

As I'm on call tonight it's a good time to do a bit of reading. I'm joining the Association of British Veterinary Acupuncturists in early May to assist with their next teaching course, and so I need to brush up on a few bits.

Here are some of the acupuncture points located on the canine head. They are just a selection of the 300+ points available to us to treat these guys and the subject is wide and absolutely fascinating. Occasionally the brown dog acts as a model for me to practice locating points, and he'll be coming along to the course as a teaching assistant too . . .
