Another glorious evening as the family went to celebrate my wife's birthday at our local award-winning gastro-pub, the aptly-named Sun Inn, in Eskbank. This was our second dinner there in as many weeks, with a third call-in when my parents come over to Scotland next month. If you're ever in the area, I strongly recommend this restaurant - if you can get a table (it's always busy).
