...what a crappy blip, but I've been busy - honest guv. after shopping for food, last minute birthday supplies and a trip to the mystical 'orthoworld' - I took a quick pic of mine and peggy's lunch. healthy eh? well, yes - until you counteract it with three mars bar ice-creams later on in the day. well...they're not as big as they used to be are they? *ahem*
