They are starting to whisper louder and L O U D E R......

Very tired today, due to bad nights sleep!

Had to do a lot of cleaning and organizing cos we're hosting the Spring Retreat here this weekend. It should be really interesting cos it is being lead by 2 of the monastics from Gampo Abbey . Pema Chodran is the spiritual director up there and I have loved reading her work for many years....they are apparently bringing some of her teachings with them, in the form of DVD and CD .... so altho it won't be as amazing as having her here to teach, it'll be very enlightening i'm sure!!
