A very special day...

...for two reasons.

Firstly it is 6 years today since I met my lovely husband Nathan. At approximately 2am we drunkenly started chatting to each other outside Oran Mor at the top of Glasgow's Byres Road. At the same time this morning, we were both up cleaning up sick and changing Sam, our younger son's nappy after he threw up all over his crib. Aw, how romantic! ; )

The second reason today is significant (apart from the royal wedding) is that this morning our older son Luke (who is two and a half) asked to use the toilet for the first time, without any probing from us. Who would have thought that the words "Mum, I need to do a wee wee" could bring such joy and provide a photo opportunity for blipfoto!
