Donkey Anyone?

This was part of dinner tonight. Three plates of dumplings. One Tomato, one beef and this one.. Donkey Dumplings and that's not a lie. YOu get a little plate and a small tray of condiments.. I have my dumplings with vinegar and crushed garlic.. Marvelous..

They were pretty good dumplings too.
