Solar Power

Today I have offset my carbon footprint.

The contraption is an evacuated tube solar panel with a filling tank ( pop bottle ) and hot tap ( radiator valve )

Mostly I set this up for a bit of fun, but it has saved me heating about 100 litres of water through the boiler.

Managed to wash both cars, all windows and the patio.

For extra green points , I used water from the butt.
