Some guy (OR WOMAN, LETS NOT BE SEXIST), obviously slightly miffed at the closed nature of the only route to fags (cigarettes).

Just to clarify for any non Scots about, the text reads as follows:

"10 Richmond ya fuckin bam"

Which, translates as:

"...I'm so utterly exasperated, I need a packet of cigarettes containing ten pieces from the Richmond cancer company, you very annoying arsehole...".
