Today's the day ................... to leave the country

I know that most people have probably spent the day watching the Royal Wedding and having street parties - but we have gone away on holiday for the weekend! It wasn't that I wanted to escape all the wedding hype - far from it - it was just that it was all booked long before today was chosen to be the day and made into a Bank Holiday.

So here is the view from where we are and I'll leave you to work out where that might be?! I'll just say that this blip is especially for Mrs Spitzimixi. I think it's a part of the country that is quite close to her heart ..............
