Spoilt for Choice . . . .

Today we headed off south, at the second attempt, to that jewel of the north known as Wick! The reason/excuse for our ferry trip was to visit Homebase to stock up on bits and pieces for the building on the new room and for the patio area at the back of the house. Our main buy was a chiminea to warm our evenings on the Southern Steppes!

After our spending spree in there we had a wander round the town and found a wonderful craft shop, full of the most glorious array of patchwork materials. Almost tempted me to take up yet another craft - NO - enough is enough!
