Stunned

As much as I hate these creatures, I'm also fascinated by them although I won't approach while they are active, this guy is just stunned and was released to the outside world after photographing (against my better judgement). I know he looks cut in half, its just the angle of the camera, I wasn't sure whether it would jump back into life, otherwise I'd be jumping out the window, can't trust these critters.
