I see no sea

Walking on my way to the beach club today with the intention of chilling out by the sea and in the sun.

Walked past this on my way to it and thought it could be an ominous sign. Wouldn't surprise me if they had just tried to build over it as they seem to do that everywhere and then can't be bothered to finish it off.

Thankfully the beach club had been spared and it still had some beach and sea so it ended up ok.
