Yummy!
My taste testers, checking on a new recipe from my Hummingbird Bakery cookbook which I received for my birthday. Caramel cupcakes, which are very delicious but I have learned a few things -
1. When it says it makes 12, it really means 18.
2. Use self-raising flour rather than plain and baking powder (or maybe my baking powder is just a bit vicious!)
3. Only make half the amount of icing.
Other than that - very nice!
