Pineapple cheescake or lilac?

So good to have another 4-day weekend. Love these public holidays! Weather was gorgeous again (not sure where all this sun is all coming from). Spent my usual Saturday helping out my parents and part of the day was spent making a baked pineapple cheesecake for them - unfortunately it didn't make my journal as it was still warm when I left. May get a piece later in the week if my sis doesn't get there first!

Admired this lilac tree which was flowering in their garden. There are so many plants in flower at the moment, it's a great time of year.
