Gordons Forever

Whoa there..........went out for our posh nosh last night and decided, as we were a bit early for our table, to push the boat out and go somewhere really ridiculous for cocktails beforehand.

The 'gentlemen' had to borrow ties from the bar, and they weren't allowed to take their jackets off (although apparently it was quite permissable for the young lady across from us to be wearing very little!).

Deciding against the stupidly priced cocktails I went for the Hendricks and Fever Tree (gin and tonic to the likes of us) whilst Mr BRE took the Beer option - good for him.

I could have bought a litre bottle of Gordons down the local supermarket for the same price, or 45 one litre bottles of tonic!

It was fun for a one off, but who - I ask you WHO - goes there regularly?!?!?
