a bird in the hand.................

so short and sweet tonight. i took this blip this morning and up until 10 mins ago i thought i had posted it as well. obviously this was not the case.
so nothing spectacular. we went out today but not for long and not where i had wanted too, also over stretched my calf muscle today while playing with Lexie.
she was incredibly sympathetic to her daddy's torn muscle as she stood over me shouting "why are you being a baby daddy?". ah, thats ma girl. caring to a fault. best thing is when Mrs McD wandered through to help me up Lexie wouldn't let her, demanding instead that i get up myself. it was like having my mother in the room.

so not a very exciting pic. it really was a backup shot. the just in case i get nothing else today. i also moved the bird feeder the other day and it seems that the squirrels are protesting over it. refusing to even come near the garden so i can snap them. it is now back in it's old spot..............fussy feathered freaks.
