A walk in the woods

We went for a walk today along the coastal path. It was so beautiful and peaceful, you can't believe you are close to the beach in amongst all this greenery. I always feel as though I have discovered some secret pathway on walks like this, especially as you rarely seem to bump into people. The walk led to a beach at Plaidy and from there we clambered over rocks to get to the next beach at Millendreath. With shells, woodland walks, beach and rock climbing this morning had something for everyone. The morning was topped with a visit to Daisy's cafe, had a very delicious quiche and it had knitted cakes for sale, which I just had to buy a couple of (for research purposes of course!)
