MAY DAY MYA

My niece LOVES having her photo taken. We see each other every day, and she always asks me about my Blips; whether I have already blipped; or if she can suggest a blip... She accepted with alacrity my invitation to be today's Blip. She's clutching some barely inflated balloons left over from yesterday. Mya loves balloons too, but we're a bit rubbish at blowing them up (as you can see).

What a difference a year makes - one year ago today I was congratulating Karen on giving me a pretty pedicure. Since then, she has finished her Masters degree and been diagnosed with cancer. She is receiving treatment and is well on the way to recovery. If anyone can beat this disease, it is Karen.
