Shakespeare in the North?

This building is in the centre of town, shops below and offices above. No idea what the building was used for originally, but this balcony interests me. Keep thinking Juliet may appear, but could be tricky as Romeo would have to be standing in the middle of a busy road.

Quiet like the chimneys too.
