Chocolate Whip Cream Pie
I decided to cook dinner tonight to break up my day a little bit. For dessert I made my own special concoction that I came up with a long time ago. Basically you take 2 batches of chocolate pudding, and use the electric mixer and mix it with one of the super big containers of cool whip, pour it in a premade chocolate graham cracker crust, put it in the freezer, and its fantabulous, cheap, and easy. I usually keep it in the freezer until I'm ready to serve it, and I also put it back in there afterwards. It makes it easier to cut. Here it is all done. Well, today I didn't have enough time to actually make the pudding (as could be expected with two toddlers racing around) so I used 12 snack packs instead of the double pudding....I thought all of the empty containers were a bit amusing.
Time is winding down here 352 miles north. I am moving back to where I should be in Rhode Island in just a few months. Can't wait, but I will miss a few parts of being here.
