A week in the life of Adam Cotter: Saturday
So here I am, on a Saturday evening, meeting the vicar.
At the church hall, the unlikely venue for the town's new film society. Well, it's going to be the venue anyway.
Who knew the vicar was a film buff?
Actually, one of gran's cronies did. And, as it turns out, he's dead keen on the idea of a film club. Didn't think it was appropriate for him to run it though, so he's all in favour of me to have a go.
So he's going to supply the venue - it doesn't smell too badly of damp - and his wife's going to help me work out the sums. Not only is she a film fan too, she's also an accountant.
Quite excited by the whole thing, if I'm honest.
Of course we'll have to decide what film we're going to kick it off with.
Probably best not to suggest Ai No Corrida.
Part Three begins here.
