May Day!

May 1st....today is May Day. As a child, I remember picking flowers from the yard and leaving a little 'bouquet' tied with ribbon on my Moms doorstep. We would ring the doorbell and run off. She would never know it was us!! **wink wink**

Today, I got a bundle of flowers from Jack. He actually picks them everyday for me, usually while waiting at the bus stop (he also gives some to his bus driver!). But today, it was a 'special bouquet'....that we tied in pink ribbon.

They proudly sit in the window in a little glass vase, a beautiful Spring tradition.
