Colleague's personal computer has a virus. I've been over there today trying to fix it and got about half way there. Managed to restore the computer back to a previous date and now at least we can get her data off it. It's not looking 100% though - there's another virus that's snuck in while the other one made it vulnerable. Grr...

It's looking more like she's going to have to fully reinstall her OS after backing up her items. :(
